The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Karen at the front desk. She got us extra blankets and sorted out hot water. The room was clean and basic with good AC. Late pool hours were great and breakfast was tasty. Spa facilities like the hot tub were missed but the pool was nice. Loved the cookies too!
